EUROCONTROL is the European Organisation for the Safety of Air Navigation.
EUROCONTROL-s Institute of Air Navigation Services (IANS), based in Luxembourg, is primarily concerned with providing operational, technical and managerial training to Air Traffic Management (ATM) staff in the EUROCONTROL Member States.

The development and delivery of courses are part of IANS core activities. To support the delivery of courses, EUROCONTROL is using a Learning Management System (LMS).
EUROCONTROL is constantly seeking the adaptation of its course delivery services to the evolution of its needs. The aim of this call for tenders is to select an LMS that would support its needs for the next 5 years.
