Project Description: Provision of labor, materials, and professional services to execute the concept, design, lay-out, creatives, installation and dismantling of the Department
of Tourism Region 1 (DOT RO1) - Ilocos Region Pavilion for the Philippine Travel Mart
scheduled on August 31 to September 2, 2019
Purpose: The DOT RO1 Philippine Travel Mart 2019 Pavilion/Booth aims to showcase the Ilocos
Region as a much preferred or desired heritage, nature, adventure, faith and wellness tourist and travel destination.
Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): PhP 300, 000.00 inclusive of tax

Booth/Pavilion Requirements and Specifications:
Booth Concept:
1. Depicts an overall Corporate design, combined with ZEN character (feelings of calm and connectedness) and interactive ambiance.
2. Must merge and incorporate the four (4) provinces theme in the booth design using the iconic destination high resolution photos to be mounted on double-sided panel boards (back-to-back) display panels: (1 from each provinces); Collage of high resolution photos (back to back) display panels mounted at the upper portion of each province-s area and collage of high resolution destination photos for every info desks.
3. To provide 4 L-shaped table top counter information desks with shelves with 2 pairs of chairs per corner.
4. Collage of high resolution photos shall be mounted in front of the counter tables.
5. A back to back panel of high resolution photo display will be centered as border between each province-s information/counter areas where it will be used as photo booth for visiting guests. An iconic high resolution photo of each province-s shall be mounted on this display panel.
6. Each province will showcase collage of high resolution photos of destinations mounted back to back at the upper side of their counter tables.
7. To minimize carpentry works and costing, the 4 corners back-to-back display panel can be designed or done in modular.
8. Located at the center of the pavilion is a reception area which will be used both as a lounge and display area to spread famous heritage Ilocano food, wine and coffee for food tasting with appropriate choice of replica or reproduction of: bar stools, antique lounge chairs or crate chairs to accent the area. (As an option, and to minimize costing, these can be sourced or recycled from the contractor-s or bidder-s stock of furniture and fixtures)
9. With the 4 back-to-back display panels, electric outlets must be provided.
10.Choice of lighting effects - must be incorporated to highlight the features and design of the pavilion//booth.
11.Digiprint stickers on foam board or tarpaulin whichever is best appropriate must be used for the overall graphic designs.
12.Concept, design, creative, and lay-out must include appropriate features of plants and/or flower arrangements to decorate, accent, and spruce the booth design.
13.The contractor / bidder is encouraged to propose the most suitable yet economical concept, design, and layout within the approved budget of the contract.

2 units flood lights (150 watts for bar table on the center)
