1. Set-up and management of the reception area at the Iloilo
International Airport on November 21, 2023
· Provision of Help Desk with 2-3 receptionists to assist arriving guests for 8-12 hours
· Provision of refreshment for 50 guests at the VIP lounge
· Provision of Dinagyang dancers and drummers to welcome guests
at the Iloilo International Airport
· Design, setup and fabrication of VIP Lounge and Welcome Area at the Iloilo
International Airport. Submit initial design together with the proposal
