Description : The Department of Agriculture-RFO 3, invites interested suppliers to submit quotations/proposals for the hereunder requirement, to wit:
Provision of Labor and Materials for the conduct of Preventive Maintenance Service of Two (2) Units of 300kVA Standby-Type Diesel-Generator Sets (Cummins Brand)
1 unit Scope of Works:
1. Engine Lubrication System Service
- Draining of used engine oil
- Refilling with brand-new SAE 15W-40 engine oil (54 liters total)
- Replacement of lube oil filters (2 pcs FF5327 and 2 pcs LF3000 or equivalent)"
2. Cooling System Servicing
- Draining of exixsting radiator coolant
- Flushing of radiator (as necessary)
- Refilling with 60 liters pre-mixed ethylene glycol-based coolant with anti-corrosion additives "
3. Fuel System Maintenance
- Replacement of primary and secondary fuel filters (2 pcs FS1280 and 2 pcs FF5052 or equivalent
- Inspection and minor repair or any observable fuel system leaks "
