Provision of Joinery Services
STATEMENT OF REQUIREMENTSScope of ServicesThe Contractor shall provide a comprehensive joinery service, including but not limited to:Reactive Maintenance· Urgent and non-urgent repairs to doors, windows, floors, ceilings, fixtures, and fittings· Making safe following damage, failure, or H&S concernsPlanned Maintenance· Cyclical and preventative joinery works· Adjustment, repair, or replacement of building elements to maintain operational standardsMinor Works Projects (≤ GBP15, 000)· Alterations to internal layouts (e.g. partitions, doorsets)· Installation of fixtures, fittings, and bespoke joinery· Small refurbishment worksStatutory & Compliance-Related Works· Support to compliance activities including (but not limited to) bi-annual fire door maintenance (inspection regime to be defined separately). Contractor-s require to be competent and complete an industry fire door course· Ensuring all works meet current building regulations and relevant standards
