Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROVISION OF JANITORIAL SERVICE
1) The Southern Tagalog Regional Hospital, through the Hospital Income intends to apply the sum of Twelve Million Three Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Three Hundred Sixteen Pesos and Fifty-One Centavos Php12, 383, 316.51 under IB 2026-PB-021 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Janitorial Services (12 months). Bids received in excess of the ABC for each line item shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Southern Tagalog Regional Hospital now invites bids for Procurement/Provision of Janitorial Services using the Life Cycle Assessment. Delivery of the Goods is required under SECTION VI. Delivery of Goods is required for the period of July 1, 2026 to June 30, 2027. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
