Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR PROVISION OF JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR PNU FOR CY 2026-2027
1) The Philippine Normal University, through the GAA 101 2026 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Four Million Eight Hundred Sixty-One Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-One Pesos and 94/100 (₱24, 861, 751.94) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Janitorial Services for PNU for CY 2026-2027 (GD 2026-06-008). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Philippine Normal University now invites bids for Provision of Janitorial Services for PNU for CY 2026-2027 using the Renewal of Regular and Recurring Services. Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, at least Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
