1. The FIRST MISAMIS ORIENTAL GENERAL HOSPITAL (FMOGH), through the authorized National Expenditure Program (NEP) FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Sixty-Two Thousand Three Hundred Two Pesos and 12/100 (Php 3, 562, 302.12) only being the ABC to payments under the contract for PB No. 2026-01-002 (SERVICES) -Early Procurement Activity (EPA) Provision of Janitorial Services for CY 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The FMOGH now invites bids for the aforementioned procurement project. Delivery of the Goods is required within Ten (10) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
