Tenders are invited for Provision of IT & Telecom Infrastructure Local Support Services for the West Qurna Oilfield (2nd Phase).

ANNOUNCES TENDER NO. 188.TK.TND.LOM.2019: Provision of IT & Telecom Infrastructure Local Support Services for the West Qurna Oilfield (2nd Phase), Republic of Iraq.

.LUKOIL Mid-East Limited, a designated Operator for the West Qurna (Phase 2) Contract Area in the Republic of Iraq, is developing the West Qurna- 2 oil field under the Development and Production Service Contract signed with the South Oil Company of the Iraqi Ministry of Oil. Legal entities, domestic Iraqi and foreign companies having experience of implementation of projects similar by nature to the subject of the Tender, which are allowed by the legislation of the Republic of Iraq and/or by their country of certification to perform their activities in the Republic of Iraq may participate in the Tender.
Companies acting as Bidders shall meet the following minimal qualification requirements specified in Tender Documentation, including:
A) to have an average annual turnover for the last 3 (three) years in the amount of not less than 5, 000, 000 US dollars;
B) to have proven experience in provision of IT & Telecom Infrastructure Local Support Services ("Basic IT Services Support", "Operating IT&T services support") to oil and gas operating companies or projects (by reference I commendatory letters from customers) within the last 3 (three) years;
C) to submit required Bid Bond in the amount of USD 300, 000.00; d) to have proven availability of necessary authority, licenses, permits, certificates and/or other documents that give right for the Bidder to perform Services required by this Tender.
