Tender Details

The subject of the performance of the public contract (hereinafter referred to as the "public contract") is the provision of comprehensive IT services for the Eliška Purkyňová Home for the Elderly (DSEP). Services include management of the entire IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, workstations, software, databases and internal application. In addition, support during purchases, maintenance of printers, web and e-mail management, support of multimedia and camera systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR, employee training and 24/7 IT operation support. Services are divided into fixed (regular) and supplementary - above-standard and extraordinary, paid hourly. Regular physical presence of the technician in the DSEP facility as well as remote support is requested. Part of the performance is also the plan for further IT development and digitization of the contracting authority.
