Description : Red Kite-s IT infrastructure currently comprises hardware principally co-located in their current MSP-s datacentre, with some on-site at Red Kite-s Head Office in High Wycombe. Red Kite also has dedicated communications line to the current MSP-s primary and secondary datacentres and takes a number of other services as part of the managed services provision.
This contract encompasses two areas - the transition from the current to the new managed service provision and the ongoing managed services provision.
The ongoing service will include:
— private cloud hosting,
— backup and disaster recovery,
— full service desk provision, including an on-site resource at RK-s Head Office,
— systems monitoring,
— support for infrastructure components and triage for first line and second line issues across all subjects; and
— penetration testing.
