Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROVISION OF INTERNET CONNECTIVITY SERVICES IN MUNICIPALITIES (PICS-MUN) IN ILOCOS SUR VIA LOW EARTH ORBIT SATELLITE - PHASE 1

1. The Department of Information and Communications Technology - Regional Office 1, through the Special Account in the General Fund - Free Public Internet Access Program intends to apply the sum of Five Million Six Hundred Fourteen Thousand Pesos (₱5, 614, 000.00) being the the ABC to payments under the contract for the Provision of Internet Connectivity Services in Municipalities (PICS-MUN) in the Province of Ilocos Sur via Low Earth Orbit Satellites (LEOS) - Phase 1 with Bid Reference No. R1-2024-04-018. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Department of Information and Communications Technology - Regional Office 1 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
