1.) The Department of Information Communications and Technology-CAR, through the Automatic Appropriations - Free Public Internet Access Fund (FY 2026 Fund Batch 04) intends to apply the sum of Four Million Six Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (Php 4, 680, 000.00) - DICT-CAR 2026-05-070 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Internet Connectivity Services for Government Support. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2.) The Department of Information Communications and Technology-CAR now invites bids for Provision of Internet Connectivity Services for Government Support. using Competitive Bidding. Delivery of the Goods is required thirty (30) calendar days after the receipt of Notice To Proceed.
