The market is launched as a group order between the Municipality of DECINES-CHARPIEU and its CCAS. The designated coordinator is the Municipality of DECINES-CHARPIEU. This contract is established according to the open call for tenders procedure in accordance with the provisions of articles L2124-1, L2124-2, R2124-1, R. 2124-2-1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of Public Order Code.
