Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Industrial Building Maintenance Services.

The Scope of Work is to Support for Maintaining the Integrity of All Company Owned Onshore Civil Assets. The Scope of Work Includes but Not Limited to the Following: Civil Works - to Carry out Civil Maintenance, Repairs, Alteration and Renovation Work Which Include Ad Hoc and Call out Repairs, Electrical and Instrumentation Works - to Carry out Electrical and Instrument Maintenance Works and Shall Not be Limited to the Routine Maintenance, Installation Checks and Commissioning, Testing, Ad Hoc and Call out Repairs, Minor Civil and Structural Project Works Including Fabrication and Construction. Contract Duration: 3 years.
