Provision of Independent Auditor services, in accordance with Management and Control System (MSC) Procedures Manual as it applies from time to time, for Confirmation of Achievement of Recovery & Resilience Fund Projects monitored by the Ministry of Digital Governance The object of the project is provision of Independent Auditor services, in accordance with the provisions of Procedures D8 Audit by an Independent Auditor and D18 Project Completion of the Management and Control System (MSC) to Confirm the Achievement of the Recovery and Resilience Fund Projects, monitored by the Ministry of Digital Government, as analyzed in paragraph 2.2 of APPENDIX 1 hereof. The Contracting Authority may determine according to the milestones and completion of the projects, the requirements for completion and submission of checklists and/or audit reports, according to the table in Paragraph 2.2 of Appendix 1 of the Declaration.
