AUSTRO Control GmbH intends to obtain the provision, implementation and ongoing support of a computer aided facility management (short: CAFM) system. The CAFM system is to be used as SaaS (software AS A Service) with an unlimited term.
The contract is indefinitely, witha twelve (12) monthly notice period at the end of a calendar year. In addition, the only forty -eight (48) months (= waiver of termination) after successful initial implementation (= successful implementation of the module "area management") canMarch 31, 2030 on December 31, 2031.
The client is entitled to additional services within the meaning of the GGSt. Basic mandate (fixed calls; cf. general LV Pkt. 1.1) to up to 80% of the fixed amount with the procurement law option: contractor of the basic order in the negotiation procedure withoutTo negotiate the announcement, provided that the contractor has provided the services perfectly in accordance with the basic order and has continued a continued provision of services by the AN is technically and/or economically necessary or sensible.
