AUSTRO Control GmbH (ACG) intends to obtain the provision, implementation and ongoing maintenance of a service for monitoring and analyzing the CPDLC Datalink performance. This service is to be used as SaaS (software-as-a-service).
Provision, implementation and ongoing Maintenance of a CPDLC Datalink Performance Monitoring Services for Austro Control GmbH
AUSTRO Control GmbH (ACG) intends the provision, Implementation and ongoing maintenance of a service to monitor and analyze the CPDLC Datalink performance. This service should when SaaS (software-as-a-service) can be used. The aim of this procurement is to enable a faster and more detailed analysis of reported problems in connection with CPDLC data exchange. A Datalink monitoring tool should support Austro Control, malfunctions or disorders, to clearly identify and thus initiate targeted measures to improve the service performance (see also point 1.4).
For the first three (3) years, there is a decay of termination on both sides. After that, the contract can be Years are terminated with a period of six (6) months. So the contract can be terminated for the first time on December 31, 2028 on June 30, 2029.
The service starts immediately according to the surcharge.
The place of performance is Vienna.
Optional is an hourly pool of 50 hours / year for support services ...
