Description : The Barangay Government of San Rafael Village, through the Annual Budget 2026 duly approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos (P 180, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the Procurement of Hygiene and Sanitary Packs for the project of Barangay San Rafael Village, Navotas City. Bids in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
