Tender Details
The priority capital program (pcp) was developed in response to a recommendation made by the cabinet budget review committee (cbrc), on november 2009. The recommendation was in response to concerns that queensland health-s capital program was heavily committed and had very limited capacity to address the portfolios asset renewal and replacement requirements.
Mshhs is seeking to engage suitably experienced organisation/s to undertake the required construction works for the two (2) hvac upgrade projects through a construct only style contract.
The two (2) projects are as follows
inala community health - replacement of chillers, roof membrane and air handling units.
Casuarina lodge - replacement of variable refrigerant flow condensing units and dx ducted split fan coil units.
Attendance at all the following site visits is a mandatory requirement for this ito.
an industry briefing will be held at garden city office park, building 19, ground floor conference room 2 prior to the site visit the time and location below is for the industry briefing.
Note: a maximum of 3 representatives per organisation at the industry brief and each site visit. Please wear closed in shoes.
It is advised that all supporting documentation including construction specifications and drawings are reviewed prior to the scheduled industry briefing and site visits.
Rsvp: offerors shall rsvp for the site visit by emailing the contact officer by 2.00 pm 30 july 2018.
It is mandatory for offerors to attend the industry brief and the relevant sites the offeror will be offering for.
