Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of HSE Management System Third Party Audit Services in PMB

1. Tender brief of work
- Vendor shall conduct an independent and impartial audit of HYBN HSE Management System with reference to the ISO14001:2015 and ISO45001:2018 as well as HYBN current
management system.
- Vendor shall be qualified auditors awarded with the IRCA-International Register of Certified Auditors certifications, including for but not limited to ISO14001：2015 and
ISO45001：2018 audit qualifications.
- Vendor must have relevant experience in HSE management system and knowledgeable about relevant HSE laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements.
- Vendor shall provide an audit plan that outlines the objectives, scope, methodology, schedule, and resources of the audit.
- Vendor who perform the service must be proficient in both the English and Mandarin languages; otherwise, an interpreter shall be provided.
- Vendor is responsible to compiles findings into an audit report, which includes observations, non-conformities, opportunities for improvement, and recommendations.
- Vendor is required to provide a bilingual audit report, with English preceding Mandarin.
- To comply with Hengyi-s policies and relevant laws and legislation in Brunei Darussalam.
