The solution will be provided as a hosted or SaaS solution and will meet our requirements across the following functions: Rent accounting Service charge accounting Income recovery Lettings Voids management Property management Responsive repairs Programmed works Compliance management Asset management Complaints/ASB management CRM Customer service centre Customer Portal Contractor Portal Mobile working Reporting The contract is for an initial period of five (5) years with Radius having the option to exercise up to two contractual extensions of five (5) years. The estimated value, excluding VAT for the initial five (5) year period is £1.1m with an overall contract value of £2.1m if all optional extensions are utilised.
