Part I: the provision of hotel services in apartment-type facilities, in accordance with the Ordering Party's requirements, is to take place in apartment-type facilities that meet the following requirements: 1) Area: minimum 25 m 2) Distance calculated according to Google maps: on foot max. 1500 m from the Main Theater Building (pl. w.
