1. The subject of the order is hotel and restaurant services for the purposes of conducting a three-day training for Local Action Groups (LAGs) in a facility located in the Nowy Targ or Tatra poviats of the Maopolska Voivodeship.2. The hotel where he will stay organized training on the day of submitting offers should be assigned a category of at least three stars (or higher according to the contractor's offer) by the voivodeship marshal within the meaning of the Act of August 29, 1997 on hotel services and pilot services tours and tourist guides (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1944, as amended) and the regulation of the Minister of Economy and Labor of August 19, 2004 on hotel facilities and other facilities where hotel services are provided (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, pos. 2166) and was adapted for people with disabilities.3. The conditions for the execution of the order are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be included in the content of this contract - the contract template and constitute Annex No. 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the contract template).4.
