1) The MUNICIPALITY of Capoocan, Leyte, through the TRUST FUND intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION FORTY FOUR THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP1, 044, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROVISION OF HOT MEALS FOR DIETARY SUPPLEMENTATION PROGRAM. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The MUNICIPALITY of Capoocan, Leyte now invites bids for PROVISION OF HOT MEALS FOR DIETARY SUPPLEMENTATION PROGRAM using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid. Delivery of the Goods is required within (See Schedule of Requirements). Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
