The subject of the order is the provision of a full servicing service in order to maintain continuous functionality INGENIA 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging for a period of 36 months in accordance with the Price Form constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the Description of the Subject of the Order constituting Annex No. 3 to the SWZ and the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex No. 4 to SWZ. 2. The Ordering Party informs that in the proceedings in question conducted in the form of an open tender, it envisages the possibility of applying the procedure referred to in Art. 139 section 1 of the Public Procurement Law the Ordering Party using the above-mentioned procedure will first examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the Contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of lack of grounds for exclusion and meeting the conditions for participation in the proceedings.
