Provision of freight transport by vehicles with a useful weight of 14-18 tons The subject of the performance of the public contract (hereinafter referred to as "public contract") is the provision of freight transport by vehicles with a useful weight of 14 - 18 tons (4 axles) within the scope of the draft Framework Agreement on the provision of services, which forms Annex No. 1 of this procurement documentation. The framework agreement will be concluded with a minimum of one and a maximum of two participants in the procurement procedure, while the selection of participants in the framework agreement will be carried out in accordance with § 133, paragraph 2 of the Act, for a period of 24 months or until the financial limit of the contract is exhausted. Individual public contracts (performance orders) will be awarded in accordance with § 132, paragraph 3 of the Act, without the renewal of competition between participants in the framework agreement. When concluding a partial order, the customer will be responsible for implementation public procurement to proceed in such a way that it always invites the participant who placed first in the order during the evaluation of the bids (Provider No. 1). If Provider No. 1 refuses to accept the order, the ordering party will invite the participant who placed in the evaluation of the offers next in line (Provider #2).
