Description:

The International Telecommunication Union issues the present Invitation to Bid n. PROC-B-0506-16-IS in order to engage a qualified Vendor for the provision of the Freight Services at ITU Telecom World 2016. All items and their specifications are listed under Part III (Technical Specifications) of this Tender document.
This Tender for the services to be provided to ITU at ITU’s cost described in the Terms of Reference (Part III article 2) will result in a Purchase Order which shall contain ITU’s General Terms and Conditions.
This Tender will be administrated by ITU Procurement Division. Therefore, Vendors requiring any clarification about the Tender document, or the procurement process itself, shall submit their queries, in writing, by the deadline of Monday 9 May 2016 at 12h00 hours (Geneva Time) to the following email addresses:

At any time prior to the deadline for Offers submission, ITU may at its discretion modify the Tender document by amendments. All prospective Vendors shall periodically check if amendments or any other communication have been posted on UNGM.
