Description : 1. The Department of Information and Communications Technology - Region III, through the Automatic Appropriations - Free Public Internet Access Program Fund, intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Pesos (₱20, 000, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Provision of Free Internet Access in Public Spaces under Bataan and Nueva Ecija Provinces with Bid Reference No. BAC-2026-002. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The DICT now invites bids for the Provision of Free Internet Access in Public Spaces under Bataan and Nueva Ecija Provinces. Delivery of the Goods is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
