Description : Invitation to Bid for Provision of Free Internet Access in Public Spaces
1. The Department of Information and Communications Technology Region V, through the Automatic Appropriations - Free Public Internet Access 2025 Fund intends to apply the sum of Twenty One Million Pesos Only (Php 21, 000, 000.00) for Lot 1 of Provision of Free Internet Access in Public Spaces being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Free Internet Access in Public Spaces (RE-BID). Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected for bid opening.
2. The Department of Information and Communications Technology Region V now invites bids for Provision of Free Internet Access in Public Spaces. Delivery of the Goods is required within twenty (20) days upon receipt upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) or before February 28, 2026. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
