Description : The Department of Information and Communications Technology Region 13, through the Special Account in the General Fund - Free Public Internet Access Fund (FPIAF) 2025 Fund intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION SEVEN HUNDRED FIVE THOUSAND THIRTEEN PESOS ONLY (Php 7, 705, 013.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Free Internet Access in Public Spaces - Public Health Facilities in Region XIII. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
