Description : The Department of Social Welfare and Development - Field Office Caraga, through the Quick Response Fund for C.Y 2026 intends to apply the sum of Fifty Million Pesos (Php50, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The Department of Social Welfare and Development - Field Office Caraga now invites bids for the above procurement project. Delivery of the goods is required within Section VI. Schedule of Requirements. The contract shall become effective from the date of its execution and shall continue for 12 months or until such time that the total Approved Budget for the Contract will be fully consumed. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
