The subject of the order are forest management services as defined in Art. 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text unit: Journal Laws of 2024, item 530 - "Forest Act") covering work in the field of forest breeding and protection, harvesting and skidding of wood, to be performed in the Brzozów Forest District in 2026. The detailed scope of work is included in the order documents (Specification of the Order Terms and its annexes). The material scope of the subject of the order includes summary the amount of work in the field of forest breeding and protection, timber harvesting and skidding, resulting from Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. The material scopes listed in the annexes included in Appendix No. 2 are estimates. Quality standards relating to all essential features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ.
