1. The Municipal Government of Hinabangan, through the General Fund- Special Purpose Appropriations PDAO Fund CY 2026 as per Appropriation Ordinance No. 06 Series of 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED SEVEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY TWO PESOS ONLY (PhP207, 382.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROVISION OF FOOD PACKS FOR PWD CELEBRATION & PROFILING. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipal Government of Hinabangan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project which includes the following to wit;
