1. The subject of the order is the provision of stationary telecommunications services to the Ordering Party at its headquarters - the building at ul. Świętokrzyska 12 in Warsaw, in accordance with the technical requirements and functionalities formulated in Annex no 1 to the Draft Provisions of the Agreement (hereinafter referred to as hereinafter referred to as "PPU") - Description of the subject of the order "Technical requirements and functionality of the subject of the order". 2. A detailed description of the Subject of the Order along with the terms of service provision is specified in the Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Annex No. 1 to the PPU. 3.
