PROVISION OF FERTIZERS FOR RICE FARMERS
1) The Municipality of Quirino, Ilocos Sur, through the RA 7171 Municipal Share 2023 intends to apply the sum of Eleven Million Nine Hundred Eighty-One Thousand Four Hundred Pesos Only (Php 11, 981, 400.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Provision of Fertilizers for Rice Farmers. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Municipality of Quirino, Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the Provision of Fertilizers for Rice Farmers . Delivery of the Goods is required within 30 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
