Tender Details

1. The Office of the Special Envoy Special Envoy of the Secretary General for Yemen (OSESGY) has a requirement to establish a long-term agreement with a technically qualified company to provide comprehensive facilities maintenance services at the OSESGY headquarters in Amman, Jordan. The contract will serve as a preventive measure against major breakdown of infrastructure and equipment at the OSESGY premises, and to ensure that the OSESGY premises are clean and safe, and that the building systems, infrastructure and equipment are, at all times, operational and maintained to their optimal efficiency.2. The scope of services include but not limited to: Preventive maintenance of heating system, sanitary, electrical, A/C Units, fire system, CCTV, Access control, x-ray scanner & walk through metal detector, pest control, maintenance & repair of furniture, doors, roofing, plumbing etc., consulting services, minor construction and gardening services. The proposed contract is for the period of two (2) years with the option to extend for additional three (1+1+1) years only.
