The Department of Youth Justice and Victim Support (DYJVS) operates a Youth Detention Centre located in Townsville, North Queensland.This RFQ is limited to the Cleveland Youth Detention Centre (CYDC) (Townsville) which accommodates 112 young persons this RFQ DOES NOT include any of the WACOL facilities located in Brisbane, Southeast Queensland.The CYDC is seeking a suitably qualified cleaning services provider located in the Townsville region to provide cleaning services to the CYDC for an initial 6-month term. The supplier will need to have staff vetted, to access the facility under escort to the individual work locations for the delivery of cleaning services. All cleaning chemicals and equipment are to be provided by the incoming supplier in sufficient quantities to complete the assigned scope of work on a Monday - Friday Evening (7:45 PM - 7:00 AM Roster).The Scope of Work (SOW) can be found in the supporting attachment including the RFQ submission document.
