Tender Details

The subject of the public contract is the obligation to provide comprehensive legal services according to the needs of the contracting authority, in addition to the legal services specified in § 29 letter k) ZZVZ The provision of complex legal services includes, but is not limited to, the provision of professional legal consultations, the preparation of legal opinions, analysis and research, drafting of documents and preparation of other documents according to the instructions of the contracting authority, as well as preparation of contracts, decrees and other similar documents, participation in meetings of the contracting authority according to its needs, in particular at meetings of the City Council and any meetings of other authorities of the contracting authority, toconsultation and cooperation during the review and creation of the contracting authority's internal regulations and procedures.

Detailed specification of performance is given in particular in Annex No. 1a-1c of the procurement documentation, which are its integral annex.

The public contract is divided into 3 parts.

Part A - Legal services in the field of civil law, commerceof civil law and intellectual property law

The subject of the public contract for part A is the provision of legal services in the field of civil law, commercial law, intellectual property law, especially in relation to the following legal regulations:

-Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, as amended laterof regulations;

-Act No. 90/2012 Coll., on business companies and cooperatives (Act on Business Corporations), as amended;

-Act No. 121/2000 Coll., on copyright, on rights related to copyright and on the amendment of certain laws (copyright law), as amended...
