The subject of this order is "Provision of external expert assistance for the organization and management of the project "Improving the quality of atmospheric air in the municipality of Pleven", financed under the "Environment" Program 2021-2027." The services are necessary for the proper implementation of the project .
Publicthis order will be financed through a grant provided by the Managing Authority of the "Environment" Program 2021-2027 for the implementation of the project "Improving the quality of atmospheric air in the municipality of Pleven". The project will be financed under priority "Air" from the Program "Environment" 2021-2027 under the procedure "For cleaner air"
To implement the approved project, a team of municipal employees and external experts selected as a result of this order will be formed. As external experts, persons from the selected contractor under the public order will be proposed, hand the following positions: 1. Expert - monitoring and reporting; 2. Expert - lawyer - 2 pcs.; 3. Expert - financier; 4. Information and communication expert; 5. Expert Electrical Engineer, 6. Expert HVAC Engineer 7. Expert Ecologist. The need for external experts is imposed in connection with the fact that the municipality nhas a sufficient number of employees to combine their main duties with those related to project management and in order to guarantee expert capacity for the implementation of all project activities and tasks.
