The Initiative Center for Promotion and Development of the Community Public Consignment announces a tender for determining the provider of public administration services for the development of financial and economic payments to the State Targeted Social Program "Youth of Ukraine: Generation of Sustainability-2030", within the framework of the project "Civil Society and Youth). The purpose of involving the expert is to ensure professional training of sound financial and economic payments for the Program's project that will meet the requirements of the current legislation in the field of state strategic planning and the budget process. The main tasks of the expert: • analysis of the project of the program "Youth of Ukraine: generation of stability-2030" (purpose, tasks, events, indicators); • preparation of financial and economic justification for the priority tasks of the program, taking into account the cross-secretal approach and possible sources of financing (state, local budgets, international technical assistance, etc.); • calculation of the estimated cost of implementation of the program in terms of years (2026-2030); • formation of consolidated financial and economic payments in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine; • Providing expe ...
