Description : INVITATION TO BID
1. The Provincial Government Aklan, through 20% NTA Development Fund CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (Php 750, 000.00) to payments under the contract for the Provision of Exit Gate at Infectious Building and Beside of OPD Building, DRSTMH Compound, Mabini Street, Poblacion, Kalibo, Province of Aklan with AKLAN BAC ITB No. 238 Series 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Aklan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required for Seventy Five (75) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
