PROVISION OF EVENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE CONDUCT OF MUTYA HAN HINABANGAN 2024

1. The Municipal Government of Hinabangan, through the GENERAL FUND- Special Purpose Appropriation- Tourism Development Program CY 2024 as per Appropriation Ordinance No. 06 Series of 2023 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP275, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROVISION OF EVENT MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE CONDUCT OF MUTYA HAN HINABANGAN 2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Hinabangan now invites bids for the above Procurement Project which includes the following to wit;
