FOR THE PROVISION OF EVENT MANAGEMENT PRODUCTION FOR MUTYA NG ROXAS 2026
1. The Local Government Unit of Roxas, Palawan, through 2026, Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (Php 990, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments for the EVENT MANAGEMENT PRODUCTION FOR MUTYA NG ROXAS 2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Local Government of Roxas, Palawan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites bids for the EVENT MANAGEMENT PRODUCTION FOR MUTYA NG ROXAS 2026. Delivery of Goods is required within 30 calendar days. Goods shall be delivered on site. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
