Joint Bidders are the so-called Through negotiations within the framework of the "KaposGrid" project, it was decided that in order to use energy efficiently and to continuously reduce communal energy costs, in their settlements, a comprehensive energy modernization project based on the SMART GRID network, i.e. energygia infrastructure modernization investment is carried out. On October 20, 2016, Joint Bidders, as 6 County Cities, entered into a consortium agreement for the implementation of the KaposGrid project under the name "KaposGrid Smart Urban Energy Project". When concluding the consortium contract, Kaposvar County Jogu City Municipality was chosen as the leader of the Consortium and the representative of the Joint Bidders. In the framework of the Energy Efficiency Service, as a preparation for the service, the Winning Bidder provides, at its own expense and risk, as specified in the Technical Descriptioncarries out energy efficiency modernization within the framework of the contract, and then, after the implementation of the modernization services, performs their operation and maintenance for the period specified in the contract. The Winning Bidder fulfills his duties according to the contract, so-called ESCO construction, ESCO serviceimplements it in the framework of a contract, i.e. it provides a service that includes both the energy efficiency modernization activity and the operation and maintenance tasks in such a way that the Winning Bidder carries out all tasks according to the contract at its own expense and at its own risk...
