The object of the contract is the supply and support of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and project management office (PMO) services to support the execution of the ERP supply.
This is a service contract in accordance with the provisions of the Sheet of Particular Technical Prescriptions and in the Sheet of Particular Administrative Clauses.
LOT 1: Supply and support of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
Supply, implementation (configuration and new developments), data migration and technical support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (hereinafter, D365F&SCM) application, or equivalent, in the Software as a Service (SaaS) modality in SENASA, in accordance with the provisions of the PPTP.
LOT 2: Project management office (PMO) services to support the execution of the supply of an ERP (Lot 1).
Hiring the services of a Project Management Office (PMO) to provide comprehensive support to SENASA during the ERP implementation project, with a focus on active execution of project management tasks.
