REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI 25-051)Provision of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System Introduction EDC currently relies on legacy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and related applications to manage core business operations. EDC now aims to transition to a new system with enhanced features to modernize operations and be scalable to meet our business objectivesEDC is gathering information on ERP systems with a broad focus of Finance, Human Resources(HR), Source-to-Pay, Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), and Procurement functions in order to: Identify appropriate suppliers who can respond to an ERP solution RFP should the EDC send out an RFP at a later stage; Gather current market information for future implementation of a cloud-based ERP to serve as the corporate functions capabilities- solution within EDC; Gather information on the suppliers available in the Canadian market; Consider the degree to which commercially available ERP solutions are likely to meet the EDC-s business requirements;At a base level, the replacement system will need to have the following modules: General Ledger (GL) Accounts Payable (AP) Accounts Receivable (AR) Financial Reporting & Analytics Budgeting & Forecasting Source-to-Pay Procurement and Contract Management Talent Acquisition (Recruitment) Talent Management (Performance, Workforce planning, Career development) Time & Attendance / Leave Management Payroll Management Compensation & Benefits Workforce Analytics & Reporting
