To establish a term contract with a supplier for the implementation of Advanced Process Control (APC), Real-Time Optimization (RTO), and Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based applications as well as provision of engineering support services for process control and technical training courses. Call-offs for projects or services shall be issued based on lumpsum, fixed-price, or manhours. A number of call-offs for lumpsum projects with defined scope are included.
