Tenders are invited for Provision of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) of Well Surface Facilities Modification Project Phase 1 for Garraf Development for Petronas Carigali Iraq Holding B.V.
The Bidder`s Scope of Work shall include, but not necessary/ limited to the following;
• Contractor shall perform the Engineering, Procurement. Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) of Well Surface Facilities Modification Project.
• Modification for surface facilities work inclusive of removal on surface piping, civil, electrical and instrumentation at well pad to allow rig entrance and facilities reinstatement as original design.
• Civil works inclusive if cable trenching, concrete footing and shelter for ESP facility installation by others.
• Bidder shall have a minimum of one (1) completed EPCC of similar scope of civil, piping, electrical, instrument and commissioning works within the last five (5) years of a minimum contract value of USD 10 Million in MENA region.
• Bidder to provide original form of Tender Deposit of US 0190, 000.00 from acceptable bank during bids proposal submission.
• Bidder shall have minimum paid up capital IQD 2 Billion or USD Equivalent.
• Bidder to provide evidence of registration or application for company registration with Iraqi Ministry of Trade (MOT).
• Bidder to attend mandatory site visit.
