Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Provision of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning (EPCC) of Evaporation Pond for Garraf Development for Petronas Carigali Iraq Holding b.V.

Bidder shall provide engineering, procurement, construction and Commissioning (EPCC) of evaporation ponds at GIFT area and to conduct a session for testing and joint inspection upon completion of work before handing over to PCIHBV

The provision of EPCC shall include to total 3 numbers of pond with size 200m length x 165m width x 1.2m depth and shall perform site investigation work such as site survey including topographical survey, levelling and soil investigation.

The Tender is scheduled as follows:

i. Tender Announcement Date: 21 & 22 January 2019
ii. Tender Fee Deadline: 3 February 2019
iii. Bid Closing Date 6 March 2019, 1500 hours (Iraq Time, GMT+3)

Strategy

i. Tender Strategy: Competitive Bidding tender

ii. Submission: Separate Envelope for Technical Proposal, Commercial Proposal and Tender Deposit.

iii. Evaluation: This tender is open competitive bidding with 2 tier evaluation i.e. Firstly Bidders' technical proposal will be evaluated and subsequently commercial evaluation will only be done for technically qualified bidder which aligned with Public Tender through Technical Qualification Method.
